FGP holds first Gymnaestrada information meeting in an original format

There is about a year and a half to go before the city of Lisbon hosts Gymnaestrada 2027, but preparations are already underway. The first information meeting took place this Thursday in an original format.

The session, which was reserved for federations, was conducted via a television programme broadcast live on Ginástica TV and attracted over a hundred participants from around the world.

Ricardo Lima, member of the Gymnaestrada Organising Committee, joined Rogério Valério, President of the GPT Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation, to announce the news and clarify any questions about the event. Participants were able to interact with the studio by asking questions that were answered in real time.

Gymnaestrada will take place between 11 and 17 July 2027, and forecasts indicate that this will be one of the biggest gymnastics events in recent years.
